OTES Ceramic Electrical System
The high-voltage pulse system ensures reliable and lasting bird deterrence on parapets, roof edges, ledges, and other surfaces where birds might perch. Similar to electric fences, birds receive a harmless, yet unpleasant, electric pulse of minimal current upon contact with the rails.
This measure cannot harm the birds, but it does cause them to avoid the protected areas. Keeping pigeons, crows, and gulls away from roof edges is particularly important for successfully preventing them from settling in the area in the long term.

The current-conducting rods and the various connecting elements are made of V4A stainless steel.

Using three rails reliably protects a depth of up to 120 mm per system. For greater depths, multiple systems are mounted in series.
